I will keep you in the loop on the training records along with the tank being in compliance.
Thank you
Ricky Caraballo
Risk and Process Supervisor
B4 13IELKORPAG
Belkorp Ag, LLC 2413 Crows Landing Road, Modesto, CA 95358
T 209 205 3719 1 F 209 538 9220 1 M 209 252 2490 1 E rcaraballo(CDbelkorpag.com I www.belkorpag.com
From:Alaniz,John <jalanizl@sjgov.org>
Sent:Thursday, October 24, 2019 8:59 AM
To: Ricky Caraballo <RCaraballo@belkorpag.com>
Subject: Open Violations
Hi Ricky,
Here is the response I sent Melissa.
Open violations:
Violation 102: Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. A determination was made that the metal fines were
non-hazardous. I need to know how that determination was made.
Violation 118: Failed to maintain complete training records.
Violation 205: Failed to properly manage used oil contaminated with hazardous waste.
Violation 502: Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements.
Violation 601: Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization.
For Violation 601: 1 need the disposal records for the oily absorbent. There were multiple manifests sent and it was not
pointed out which one was for that waste.
I have attached the out of compliance letter that was sent to Melissa. Each violation lists what is needed to have it
closed. We are at the beginning for all of these violations. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
REHS
1
