This statement <br /> is a response to the violations at EDISON HIGH SCHOOL#'s 104,108, 112, & 605. <br /> Item#104- <br /> We are aware of the repeat violation, class II and have added the Correct PRIMARY- <br /> Principal (Chris Anderson) and SECONDARY-Vice-Principal (Brett Toliver) listed as <br /> the EMERGENCY COORDINATORS. Plan was updated and corrected on site. Updates <br /> were also made in CERS to reflect changes, to satisfy this violation. <br /> Item#108-We are aware of the minor violation and have since ensured that the generator <br /> id# is matching when hazardous waste is generated and disposed. We have called and <br /> ensured that the manifest in question is addressed accordingly with the transporter and <br /> that quality checks be in place when signing manifests to satisfy this violation. <br /> Item#112- <br /> We are aware of the minor violation and have provided the requested LDR's with <br /> signatures to satisfy the compliance, see attached photos verifying and satisfying this <br /> violation. <br /> Item#605- <br /> We are aware of the repeat violation class II given In Biology B 104 we have corrected <br /> the label issue and have discussed this with the generator and is now aware of the <br /> requirements to satisfy regulation requirements for labeling of Hazardous waste. See <br /> attached photos to satisfy this violation. <br />
