Three totes, one containing corrosive label and one 30 gal. poly-drug were found empty <br /> adjacent to the truck wash—transported to IA for disposal—Please clarify what IA is. IA <br /> stands for Iowa. These items were shipped to our facility in Iowa. <br /> c. Four totes, two containing corrosive labels were found emptied adjacent to the exterior <br /> truck wash—transported to IA for disposal—Please clarify what IA is. IA stands for <br /> Iowa. These items were shipped to our facility in Iowa. <br /> d. The used oil container inside the old shop was marked with a date emptied of 6/27/13— <br /> This has been properly labeled with most recent empty date, see attached picture. <br /> - Since the container has been empty for over a year, immediately manage the <br /> container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement and <br /> supporting documentation. See attached guidance documents for more information on <br /> how to properly manage empty containers. To clarify,we meant this container is <br /> currently being used in the mechanic shop.
