5 . Specific Post-Closure Requirements for Landfills <br /> a. Post-Closure Procedures <br /> Provide procedures which demonstrate that the owner <br /> or operator of the facility will: <br /> (1) Close the facility in a manner that will <br /> minimize: any chance of post-closure release <br /> of hazardous waste or discarded hazardous <br /> material; facilitate post-closure maintenance, <br /> monitoring, and emergency reponse; and require <br /> minimum maintenance of containment structures, <br /> leachate collection systems, and surface <br /> drainage collection or diversion systems. <br /> (?)
