WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 4. This Order expires on 1 January 1991 and the Discharger must file a <br /> Report of Waste Discharge in accordance with Title 23, California <br /> Administrative Code, not later than 180 days in advance of such date <br /> as application for issuance of new waste discharge requirements. <br /> 5. In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste <br /> discharge facilities presently owned or controlled by the Discharger, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the <br /> existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded <br /> to this office. <br /> 6. The Discharger will be required to file a new Report of Waste Dis- <br /> charge if it is determined from the present pollution investigation <br /> that significant changes in the facility operations are necessary. <br /> 7. The Discharger must notify the Regional Board as soon as it knows or <br /> has reason to believe. <br /> a. that any activity has occurred or will occur that would result in <br /> the discharge of any toxic pollutant that is not limited in this <br /> permit, if that discharge will exceed the highest of the follow- <br /> ing "notification levels": <br /> (1) One hundred micrograms per liter (100 ug/1 ) ; <br /> (2) Two hundred micrograms per liter (200 ug/1 ) for acrolein and <br /> acrylonitrile; five hundred micrograms per liter (500 ug/1 ) <br /> for 2,4-dinitrophenol and 2-methyl-4,6-dinitrophenol ; and <br /> one milligram per liter (1 mg/1 ) for antimony; <br /> (3) Five (5) times the maximum concentration value reported for <br /> that pollutant in the permit application; or <br /> (4) The level established by the Regional Board in accordance <br /> with 40 CFR 122.44(f). <br /> b. That it has begun or expects to begin to use or manufacture as an <br /> Intermediate or final product or by-product any toxic pollutant <br /> that was not reported in the permit application. <br /> I WILLIAM H.
