Submit revised schedule (pages 17 and 18) <br /> Due: February 7 , 1986 <br /> II. Off-site Groundwater Sampling Program <br /> A. Submit a complete well inventory and proposed <br /> sampling workplan. <br /> 1. Perform further inventory of available wells <br /> in the area bounded by: Wagner Street, Oro <br /> Street, Miner Street, and Washington Street. <br /> Propose which wells will be sampled. <br /> 2 . Propose supplementary wells to be drilled for <br /> off-site sampling. <br /> Due: February 21, 1986 <br /> III. Phase 2 Soil and Groundwater Investigation/Feasibility <br /> Study <br /> A. Submit soil and groundwater investigation <br /> workplans to more clearly characterize vertical <br /> and horizontal migration of the wood treatment <br /> chemicals in the soil and in the groundwater. <br /> Due: February 21, 1986 <br /> B. Submit Phase 2 soil and groundwater investigation <br /> reports including: <br /> 1. Identify potential alternatives for <br /> mitigating the soil and groundwater <br /> contamination problems. (i.e. , a listing of <br /> technological alternatives and the initial <br /> evaluations of how each alternative would <br /> apply to this site, including the no action <br /> alternative) . <br />
