R. Hansen and Associates. <br /> The proposal for studying the toxicity of the effluent from the Marley water treatment plant is well <br /> prepared and meets the requirements of Section B, item 4, of NPDES Permit No. CA0081787. <br /> We encourage Marley to proceed with the Work Plan proposed and recommend Marley proceed <br /> quickly with any samples that demonstrate acute toxicity.
