This program is designated to result in the cleanup <br /> of, or remedial action at, problem hazardous waste sites within the <br /> State. <br /> The purpose of this letter is to inform you that your facility <br /> (attachment) has been evaluated by the State for inclusion on the <br /> State Priority Ranking List. This list will be updated on January 10, <br /> 1985 . Any comments you have should be received by our office no later <br /> than December 31 , 1984. Individual site evaluation files are <br /> available for review upon appointment at the specific Department <br /> responsible for regional operations (see attached map) . <br /> The list is not an allegation that parties are acting in an <br /> irresponsible manner or that any particular site poses an imminent <br /> public health hazard.
