This Work Plan describes the proposed subsurface investigation to <br /> be conducted at the property located at 445 West Weber Avenue, Stockton, California (the <br /> Site). The purpose of the subsurface investigation is to assess the lateral and vertical extent <br /> of petroleum hydrocarbons that have previously been detected in shallow soil at the Site. This <br /> Work Plan has been prepared to meet the requirements of the Environmental Assessment <br /> review process as outlined in the Agency's Guidelines for Work Plan and Report Submittal. <br /> Kennedy/Jenks is requesting your approval of the attached Work Plan. If possible, we would <br /> like to perform the field work during the week of 6 November 1995. We have also attached the <br /> completed Master File Record Information Forth and the permit application and fee for the <br /> borings to expedite the approval process.
