As set forth in such plan,upon completion of five years of bi-annual <br /> groundwater level measurements and annual TPH-D groundwater quality analysis and fallowing a <br /> confir;t;tatory soil sampling lro$rarn,the PHS-EM will entertain final closure on,this tank <br /> removaYremediation project.
