Upon approval of this proposed monitoring plan by PHS-EHD, a
work plan will be submitted to P.HS-EHD, which specifies monitoring well sampling,
groundwater level measurement, soil sample collection, and analytical test methods for soil and
water samples.
Reporting
Groundwater level measurements, and original laboratory reports for groundwater samples will
be presented to the PHS-EHD in ann ual letter reports by September of each year from 1996 to
2000.
