Walgreens #12549, 2040 E Mariposa Rd, Stockton, CA Record ID PR0538446 <br /> 6/17/2020 CUPA— Hazardous Waste <br /> PHOTO# 16 <br /> Violations 403 and 605: Two boxes of Walgreens Nicotine Mini Lozenge expired April 2020, two boxes of expired Walgreens Nicotine Lozenge expired <br /> May 2020, and two boxes of expired Walgreens Coated Nicotine Gum expired April 2020 were found in an open cardboard box labeled as nail polish <br /> remover, above the hazardous waste storage area. According to Barbaro Ruan, the store manager, the expired nicotine items should have been placed in <br /> the bin designated for 1506 items, which are non-saleable items, damaged items, returned items that cannot be re-sold, items with no bar codes/UPC, and <br /> expired items, as stated on the 1506 item bin label. According to Barbaro, 1506 items are scanned and managed according to the scanner instructions on <br /> a daily basis.
