COMPLAINANT <br /> HAS PICTURES AND VIDEOS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the associate on site in regards to the complaint. The associate said he knew of a customer who <br /> returned to the store complaining about a similar product but was unable to display the same issue with other products of <br /> similarity. However the owner was the one assisting the customer and provided a refund for the customer. The owner then <br /> removed all of the products of similarity and contacted the manufacturer.While on site the associate presented to me the <br /> product that was removed and opened them up. The product was smashed in their hands and nothing was observed inside of <br /> the product.
