COMPLAINANT <br /> IS WORRIED WITH VIRUSES AND FLU GOING AROUND THAT SOMEONE WILL GET SICK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(Cl): ppm Heat: °F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 120°F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA): 300 ppm Hand Sink Temp: 100°F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint.The manager stated having no knowledge of any <br /> customers making a complaint but allowed me to conduct my inspection nonetheless.The manager explained that the tables <br /> and restrooms are usually cleaned twice every hour and a log is kept behind the front register.This log contains the times the <br /> dining room and restroom are cleaned,with a signature of the person who performed the task.The tables are cleaned with <br /> the wiping clothes inside of the sanitizer bucket,which contain 300 ppm Quat, and then a Purell sanitizer table top solution. <br /> The facility also contains an alarm which goes off every hour on the top of the hour to advise employees to wash their hands <br /> as a precautions measure. If any debris is left by a customer,the staff dispose of the debris, clean the table tops and then <br /> wash their hands before returning to their duties.
