Telephone: (877)577-2669 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051594 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE IS A MAJOR RAT INFESTATION. RATS ALLEGEDLY CHEW THROUGH FOOD <br /> PRODUCTS AND THE STORE HAS RECENTLY HAD TO REPAIR A WALL THAT THE RATS CHEWED THROUGH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site and explained the reason for my visit.The manager explained that there has <br /> been a problem with one specific rodent but it was caught and since then,there has not been any rodent activity.The <br /> manager stated that the facility is still being serviced by Western Exterminators,the service log stated that the last service <br /> date was 01/10/2020. 1 inspected the facility and observed no rodent droppings, no entry points for the rodents to enter <br /> besides the main door ways, and no traces of rodents in the aisles or locations where the food is stored.
