OBSERVED WHAT APPEARED TO BE A HOMELESS MAN SLEEPING IN THE <br /> DINING ROOM. STAFF DID NOT ADDRESS THE SITUATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site and explained the reason for my visit.The manager stated to have never heard <br /> of a complaint of this nature but advised me that any person who is not a customer is asked to leave the premises in order to <br /> allow the customers to enjoy their food.The manager continued to state that they have this written in policy and security is <br /> called if necessary.
