Time In: 10:00 am <br /> Time Out: 10:49 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: ESTRADAS MEAT MARKET Date: 02/11/2020 <br /> Address: 2201 S B ST, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)948-4158 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051604 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> RAT&COCKROACH INFESTATION AT THE FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, my program coordinator and I inspected the facility as a whole. We began in the pizzeria, located towards the <br /> west of the facility and worked out way across, inspecting the carniceria that lays in between.While on site we observed one <br /> live and two dead roaches; one was near the dry storage in the pizzeria,the second was live and found near the hall way <br /> where the restroom is located and the third was located near the soda fountain area of the market. We also observed no <br /> traces of rodents or droppings that may have been left behind.
