We also observed no
traces of rodents or droppings that may have been left behind. We advised the owner of the market to continuing
implementing pest control and to remove and sanitize any areas where dead pest are located.
The facility does contain repeat violations such as the unsecured carbon dioxide canisters and the non-self closing door for
the restroom. The facility also contains a crowded area where the coffee is brewed for consumers and was advised to open
more space and provide a table to allow customers toprepare their coffee on top of that.A re-inspection will be conducted in
FA0001509 C00051609 SCO04 02/11/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
