The hot water must reach <br /> a minimum of 120F for the 3-compartment sink and for the mop sink.The facility currently contains a meat department <br /> inside of the facility and when the hot water was tempted, it was able to reach 120F. Monitor water heater or replace water <br /> heater to ensure water is reaching the minimum 120F.
