Time In: 1:39 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:07 om <br /> Mobile Food Facility Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: TACOS EL MAYITA#2(#51445N2) Date: 02/14/2020 <br /> Address: 3077 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95203 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)464-9707 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051630 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> PARKING AT LOCATION ALL DAY WITHOUT A RESTROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Before arrival, I spoke with the general manager of the dealership which the restroom verification stated the operators of the <br /> mobile food unit was allowing them to use the restroom.The general manager stated that no form can be signed by anyone <br /> else on site besides himself.
