SAN JOARU <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />T7700 <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />99 SHELL* <br />MORELAND ST, STOCKTON <br />August 26, 2020 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />316 <br />HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion (after Jul 2003). <br />OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the 91, 87 and diesel STP sumps. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br />system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the sumps under permit and inspection of the EHD, if needed. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site for the monitoring system certification. Looked inside STP sumps and UDCs. Verified proper sensor <br />locations. Paperwork inspection is still needed. The testing was not witnessed in its entirety. Test company had <br />to cancel in the middle of the inspection due to an emergency.
