The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for ARCO CHEROKEE GAS & MART* as of April 27, 2020. Open violations from October 24, 2019 inspection Violation #118- Failure to submit the "Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form". The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for the new owner/operator was not found in CERS. This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for this facility. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #204-Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times.
