Correct immediately. <br /> The hand washing facility for the kitchen contains a large amount of equipment in front of it, preventing it from being easily <br /> accessible. Remove all equipment and ensure the hand washing facility is constantly stocked and accessible. Some of the food that was being <br /> stored on the steam table was tempted at 120F or below. Staff stated that the steam table was lowered due to vapor <br /> causing sneeze guard to fog up. I advised the staff to raise the temperature in order to keep the food at 135F or above. The <br /> staff stated the temperature was lowered an hour prior to my visit, a correction was made on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
