Included in our statement is a <br /> correspondence with Mr.Haza Saeed,with San Joaquin,from March 2020 where the past Termina I Manager inquired about ourtiming <br /> for updating the CUPA map, as we are a startup facility. Please see the response, indicating that we believed we had until July to <br /> complete this update. We now understand the <br /> interpretation of San Joaquin Countyto report any release to this department. <br /> Our focus is to be Zero Leak Facility,in which the design of Terminal included secondary containment in ourtank farm,creating an <br /> additional layer of security,preventing any threatto the environment in an event of a release.
