A log recording pH from the Truck and Rail sump . This indicates a normal pH between a 4 and 5 . <br /> a . It is understood that anything less than a 2pH , we would report to you immediately . <br /> b . It is also understood based on our conversations we would not need to apply for a <br /> pretreatment permit . <br /> 2 . Three pictures of our completed Hazardous waste labels . In addition , we have retrained our <br /> employees . We learned we cannot rely on our environmental contractors in these situations as <br /> they initiated the labeling . We will follow up immediately <br /> 3 . We have included our manifests for your review, as requested in our last conversation . <br /> 4 . We have included our Employee Training on Hazardous Waste Labeling . <br /> It is our intent to ensure we manage our facility to meet the requirements of your department .
