1 <br /> Mr. Doug Westenhaver - 2 - 16 February 1990 <br />' Pursuant to California Underground Storage Tank Regulations, Section 2647 (b) : <br /> All wells shall be located as close as possible to the underground <br />' storage tank or the perimeter of the tank cluster." <br /> By 34 March 1990, please submit to this office and to the San Joaquin County <br />' Department of Public Health Services, a detailed work plan for soil <br /> remediation, and a long-term ground water monitoring plan. The work plan <br /> should include installation of new monitoring wells to replace the wells which <br /> are now dry, and additional wells to adequately monitor ground water <br />' downgradient from the former tank and piping system. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5731. <br />' THOMAS D.
