This report contains analytical data for ten aqueous samples: DMW-1,
DMW-2, DMW-3, DMW-4, DMW-5, DMW-6, DMW-7, DMW-8, DMW-9, and DMW-70, and one k
aqueous trip blank, TB. Samples DMW-7 and DMW-70 represent a field duplicate pair. The samples f
were collected on June 14, 2004, and submitted to Severn Trent Laboratories, Inc. in West Sacramento,
i California, for analysis. The analyses requested include TPH-Diesel (EPA 8015M) and Volatile Organic
Compounds including oxygenates and 1.2-DCA (EPA 8260B).
The data were reviewed in accordance with analytical methods outlined in SW-846. The data were
evaluated based on the following parameters_
✓ Data Completeness
/ Holding Times
✓ Blanks
✓ Laboratory Control Samples
✓ Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicates
✓ System Monitoring Compounds (Surrogates)
✓ Field Duplicates x
✓ Compound Identification and Quantification
rThe following presents an overview of the Completeness Check:
# + All analyses were performed as requested on the chain-of-custody record (COC) except TB, which
was not recorded on the COC. TB was analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds including
i oxygenates and 1,2-DCA(EPA 8260B). f
f
f w All holding times were met. y
{ All associated blanks were free of contamination-
0 All Laboratory Control Sample recoveries were within laboratory acceptance limits.
• An assessment of matrix effects can not be made since an MS/MSD analysis was not performed.
• All surrogates are appropriate for their respective methods. All surrogate recoveries were within
laboratory acceptance limits.
• There were no significant differences between the field duplicate pair, DMW-7 and DMW-70_
J
FA!ProjectsWRS\AFP1 arter1 \ 2041Sacva1 AFP2 2004.doc Q 1 Q Q
i
4
i
