My report only mentions the Alameda County site in the note section. Nothing else was required from that.
I only issued 4 violations:
- Violation 108: Contingency plan is incomplete. On the report it list what is needed in a contingency plan. I have
also attached a contingency plan template that can help you.
- Violation 117: Training for you and any employees working in the maintenance area. Documentation of training
should include the job title of each employee, name of each employee, job description of employees that took
the training, and written description of the type and amount of training given to each employee.Training
documents shall be kept on site for at least 3 years.
- Violation 601: 1 need disposal receipts for the approximately 11 tons of soil contaminated diesel. This was found
on the San Joaquin County side of the shop.
- Violation 605: 1 need disposal receipts for the "Approximately 18 five-gallon buckets with waste paint and 14
one-gallon paint cans" or hazardous waste labeling for each item.
I hope this email helps.
Of course if you have any more questions please feel free to contact me.
Thank you,
JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Ave.Stockton,CA95205
(209)561-7298
(209)468-9848
From: Long, Steven@Parks<Steven.Long@parks.ca.gov>
Sent:Wednesday, September 4, 2019 10:07 AM
To: Gaitan,Jason <jgaitan@sigov.org>
Subject: RE: 18600 Corral Hollow Rd
Jason,
There are multiple things on your list that are not clear to us. Mostly related to the county line. There is no
storage of hazardous materials in the San Joaquin Section of the Park. Water treatment (Chlorine storage) is
listed under our old plan. There are no culverts, sewer, or storm drains, or emergency shutoffs in this section
off the Park. We can list all Propane tanks at our 18600 addresses (A,B,C,). Our sewer is contained in vaults
that are pumped on contract. We can supply a new comprehensive map of the San Joaquin section of the
park. I feel it would be best if we could go over this whole plan with you or one of your inspectors present, our
Administration is interested in going over this with you on site.
Steve Long.
From: Gaitan,Jason <jaitan@siov.or >
Sent: Friday, August 30, 2019 1:26 PM
To: Long, Steven@Parks<Steven.Long@parks.ca.gov>
Subject: 18600 Corral Hollow Rd
4
