It can range from a mild illness lasting a few weeks to a <br /> severe illness lasting several months. This can happen through sexual <br /> contact,sharing needles, syringes, or other drug-injection equipment, or from mother to baby at birth. <br /> SAFETY SUGGESTIONS/COMMENTS <br /> Vaccination is an effective preventive measure against Hepatitis A, a serious liver disease. Safety is our#1 priority,and the California <br /> Department of Transportation encourages employees with occupational exposure to be vaccinated. <br /> Vaccination is an effective preventive measure against Hepatitis B, a serious liver disease. Safety is our#1 priority, and the California <br /> Department of Transportation encourages employees with occupational exposure to be vaccinated.
