I have a repair to make in order to complete SB989 testing at a Generator
site. The boot at the day tank end of the containment pipe run is cracked and
leaking.
This made is impossible to conduct a test of the containment piping. I wish to
remove the boot and using Bravo Inc. Retrofit Epoxy, glue the end closed around
the existing
3/4" and 1" FOS and FOR to the existing 4" FRP containment pipe. The work
would take place at the day tank end were the pipe transitions to single wall and
does not require
breaking ground or disconnecting any of the piping system. Does this work
require a permit from your office? I would be able to give 48hr notice prior to
testing.
On Aug 10, 2020, at 3:09 PM, Brian Thornton<briane,thorntonenvironmental.com>wrote:
LLNL 300
15999 W.
