The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Tracy Texaco as of April27, 2020. Open violations from September 23, 2019 inspection Violation #103 - Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. 1) Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 9/12/2018. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. 2) Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a copy on site. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation.- Violation iolation: Violation #113 - Failure to submit "Monitoring System Certification Form" within 30 days of completion of the test. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on 9/10/2018 and a test report was submitted on 3/14/2019, 5 months late. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #115 - "Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form" not submitted within 30 days. A new designated operator, Alex Jebbari, began conducting inspections on 7/17/2019 and notification was not provided to the EHD within 30 days of the change. The owner or operator shall submit a "Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST operator(s). Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility.
