The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Tracy Texaco as of April27, 2020. Open violations from September 23, 2019 inspection Violation #209 - Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. 1) -A designated operator inspection was performed on 11/12/18 and the next inspection was performed on 12/17/18, 35 days later. -A designated operator inspection was due by 1/22/19 and the next inspection was performed on 2/23/19, 32 days later. -A designated operator inspection was due by 2/23/19 and the next inspection was performed on 3/29/19, 34 days later. -A designated operator inspection was performed on 4/29/19 and the next inspection was performed on 5/31/19, 32 days later. The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of the previous inspection. Ensure that all designated operator inspections are performed within the required time frames. 2) The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. - The "NA" in sections VII through XI were not fully explained on the inspection reports. -Overfill prevention test date was incorrectly stated as 9/10/2018. According to EHD's records, a notification was sent out to EHDOverfill Prevention Test was conducted on 2/25/2019. -The 10/12/2018 — 1/22/2018 monthly inspection reports were completed on the old Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection form -Tank and line tightness test information was left blank During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report.
