The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Tracy Texaco as of Apri127 , 2020 . Open violations from September 23 , 2019 inspection Violation #209 - Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual Inspection at least once every 30 days . 1 ) -A designated operator inspection was performed on 11/12/ 18 and the next inspection was performed on 12/17/ 18 , 35 days later. -A designated operator inspection was due by 1 /22/ 19 and the next inspection was performed on 2/23/19 , 32 days later. -A designated operator inspection was due by 2/23/19 and the next inspection was performed on 3/29/19 , 34 days later. -A designated operator inspection was performed on 4/29/19 and the next inspection was performed on 5/31 /19 , 32 days later. The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of the previous inspection .
