The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br />been addressed for Tracy Texaco as of December 16, 2020. <br />Open violations from September 08, 2020 inspection <br />Violation #107 - Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. <br />OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on <br />site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br />copy on site. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #110 - Failure to submit the "Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and <br />Compliance Form". <br />OBSERVATION: The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was not found <br />in CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance <br />Form for this facility. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #117 - Failed to submit "Secondary Containment Testing Report Form" within 30 days after the <br />test. <br />OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was performed on 9/18/2019 and a test report was submitted on <br />1/17/2020, 3 months late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are <br />performed in a timely manner. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
