All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The Cyanuric Acid was measured more than 100 ppm. Correct and maintain Cyanuric Acid below 100 <br /> ppm. Correct within one month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There is no check valve in the skimmer. Provide within one week. <br /> The weir is not functioning. Repair/replace within one week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br /> maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #25 Spa Emergency Shut Off Switch <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Emergency shut off switch for the spa only works on jet system. Repair this shut off system to control of <br /> both the recirculation system and the aeration and/or jet system within three months. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:A clearly labeled emergency shut off switch for both the spa recirculation and jet/aeration systems shall be <br /> installed adjacent to the spa pool. (CBC 31388) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The pressure differential between influent and effluent are 22 PSI. Clean/replace the filters within one <br /> month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B)Pressure gauge <br /> located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B)Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br /> can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
