A J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CHEVRON STATION 494275* 2905 W BENJAMIN HOLT DR, STOCKTON February 20, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 316 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion (after Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Small amount of Water was found in the 87 FILL sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 1.5 oz of liquid from the 87 fill sump and <br /> returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the 87 fill sump under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification was conducted today 02/20/2020. On site look inside all sumps and UDCs <br /> and verified sensor locations. Paperwork inspection was completed approximately three hours later . A <br /> complete report was provided at that time. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 20, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
