All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Life rings need a new rope. Provide immediately. Length shall be pool's width. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained,readily visible,and available for use.Pools shall have at <br /> minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br /> rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br /> (CCR 65540) <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Unable to verify if mens rest room has rubber base. Make sure to immediately install it if needed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean:showers, toilets, dressing <br /> facilities, drinking fountains,diaper-changing stations, floors, walls,partitions, doors,and lockers. Showers(except outside)shall be <br /> provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue,hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br /> permanently installed dispensers.Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br /> duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. (CCR 65535, 65551)Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br /> Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110`F. (CBC 31168) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS:One skimmer lacks flow. Unplug immediately for proper turn over. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br /> maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 31368) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Unable to read flow meter. It shall be either replaced or cleaned.
