Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Observed a white 55 gallon drum containing used antifreeze in the shop lacking: an accumulation start date, <br /> hazardous waste properties, or generator name and address. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with <br /> the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Observed one blue 55 gallon drum of used-drained oil and fuel filters with an accumulation start date of March 30, <br /> 2017. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year.
