The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations were corrected on site at time of inspection. 750,000 square foot where house, yard area, two <br /> battery storage/charging areas, hazardous waste area, shop area, office, both propane storage areas, and the <br /> fire pump room were all inspected at time of inspection. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
