PRIVILED & CONFIDENTIAL <br /> Approximately ten soil samples will be placed on hold, afiid five soil samples, as marked by <br /> the field geologist, will be submitted for analyses. Soil samples, groundwater samples and <br /> the duplicate sample will be analyzed for TPH(simulated distillation) and for TPH-gBTEX <br /> using EPA Methods 8015M and 8015M/8010. Based on the previous round of <br /> groundwater analysis, the groundwater samples will not be analyzed for VOCs using EPA <br /> Method 8240. <br /> Trip-blank samples and the collection of one duplicate groundwater sample will provide t <br /> quality control (QC) of the field and laboratory procedures. Trip-blanks will only be <br /> analyzed if the analytical results are suspect. One"blind" ,duplicate sample will be collected <br /> and submitted for analyses. i <br /> Waste Disposal <br /> Soil cuttings and purged groundwater produced during the well installation and <br /> development will be placed in labeled 55-gallon drums and stored on-site. The soil cuttings <br /> and water will subsequently be recycled/disposed of by r6thods, approved by the State of <br /> California. Building Analytics will coordinate with 'Wells Fargo Bank in making <br /> fi arrangements for the disposal of the soil cuttings and water. <br /> Report Preparation , <br /> I <br /> A final report will be prepared and submitted to Wells Fargo Bank and to the SJCEHD. f <br /> The report will document the aspects of the investigation, and the results of the soil and <br /> groundwater sampling and testing, including QC procedures. Permits, boring log, <br /> monitoring well details, laboratory reports and chains-of-custody documents will be <br /> enclosed with the report.
