Goodwin Building Analytics 528 State Street Glendale, California 91203 SUBJECT: Report on the Geophysical Survey, Wells Fargo Bank Property 49 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California Dear Mr. Goodwin; This letter and the enclosed figures present the results of the geophysical survey I conducted at the referenced project site on February 6, 1997 . Background and Site Description ' A geophysical survey was conducted over part of the property at the location of the Wells Fargo Bank building at the southeast corner of South Wilson Way and East Market Street. The survey areas included the proposed sites for three monitoring wells and the sidewalk and ATM driveway areas on the Market Street side of the building . Figure 1 , provided by Building Analytics , is a site plan showing the bank property , geophysical survey area , and proposed locations for the monitoring wells . The purposes of the survey were to locate the monitoring wells clear of any buried utilities and to determine if there was any evidence , in the sidewalk and driveway areas , of buried tanks remaining from previous site operations. Figures 2 , 3 and 4 show the present surface cultural features of the surveyed areas . Except for a few planters, the areas are paved with asphalt or cement (sidewalks) . At the time of the survey the bank was closed and the survey area blocked off with cones and surveyors tape. ' Surface features that impacted data quality in limited areas included the planters , chain-link fence, the building roof overhang, and the traffic signals at the corner of Market Street and Wilson Way. Geophysical Measurements The geophysical systems were mobilized to the site on February 5 and the survey was conducted on the following day . All measurements were made by Jan D .
