Lodi Iron Works NOV 7 -5 - 19 <br /> Return to Compliance Certification Attachments <br /> 103 : CCR 66262 . 40 (c) Failed to retain hazardous waste determination including waste analysis on site for 3 years. <br /> Observed a 20 yard bin where waste sand is collected for recycling. There was no analysis available at the time of <br /> inspection for the waste sand. This waste is being recycled as non -hazardous waste. A generator shall make a <br /> hazardous waste determination and keep a record of any test results, waste analyses, or other determinations made <br /> in accordance with hazardous waste regulations for at least three years from the date that the waste was last <br /> disposed of. Immediately locate a copy of the waste analysis conducted for the waste sand and submit a copy to the <br /> EHD. If a copy is unavailable, immediately make a hazardous waste determination and begin managing the waste <br /> sand under Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Material from the 20 yard bin below the dust collector was tested and the results are attached . Based on <br /> the compositional concentration of metals regulated by CCR Title 22 , the dust collector <br /> material is non - hazardous . <br /> 601 : CCR 66262 . 34(d ) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days . <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area, observed a 55 gallon drum of used oil with accumulation start date 11/26118. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored <br /> on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler <br /> to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Material collected in the 55 gallon used oil drum was removed by a licensed waste hauler on 7 - 16 - 19 . <br /> A copy of the manifest is attached . <br />
