SAN J O � � I `II411, Environmental Health Department <br /> C 0 U N 'f y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Aquiles Auto Body&Repair 480 E ELEVENTH ST,TRACY August 26,2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil, used oil filters and used antifreeze from <br /> August 26th 2016 to 2019 were not found on site. <br /> Note: Owner states that he disposes used metal oil filters and used paper oil filters as hazardous waste. <br /> REGULATION: Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for used oil and used antifreeze <br /> from August 26th 2016 to 2019, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION:A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste <br /> program has not been made. <br /> REGULATION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to <br /> existing)hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your <br /> hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and <br /> required fields. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Create a CERS account using link above. Notify EHD when account has been created. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were observed in hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Four 55 gallon containers with used oil observed with oil accumulating on top of lid. <br /> REGULATION: Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release <br /> of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean accumulating oil on top of four 55 gallon containers with used oil , and <br /> manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
