The following changes were made : - Violation 114 and 115 revised to include suffix for manifest number 017467742 changing it to 01746742JJK. All manifest numbers have a suffix number. Revised the statement "digital copies for years of 2016 and 2017 . " to " digital copies for years of 4- 15- 16 to 2017 . " Changing "2016 manifest" to '* 15-2019 to 12-31 -2016 manifest" Facilities are only required to keep disposal records for 3 years prior. Also amended to include the following statement " Please provide a copy of manifest for years of 4- 15- 16 to 2017 for used oil , used paper oil filters , used metal oil filters , used diesel fluids , used oily absorbent , used brake lathe shavings , used parts washer waste , used coolant and any other hazardous waste . " - Violation 119 amended to include the following waste streams for disposal records " used oil , used paper oil filters , used metal oil filters , used diesel fluids , used oily absorbent , used brake lathe shavings , used parts washer waste , used coolant and any other hazardous waste . " Also omitted "4- 15-2019 to 2017" . Exception report violation only applies for manifests we know exist . - Violation 102 added to include approximately 9 or more used lead acid batteries observed in the maintenance area , on the ground and on table tops . Facility has not made a hazardous waste determination for these lead acid batteries . - Violation 301 amended to omit "approximately 9 or more used lead acid batteries observed in the maintenance area , on the ground and on table tops . " see violation 102 . Also amended to include " Used oil observed inside 30 gallon trash can mixed with regular trash " and " used oil observed inside one white approximately 55 gallon trash can . " Also amended to include used oil observed on floor of maintenance area , employee cleaned it after a few minutes . " this statement was taken from the note section of the inspection report. - Violation 402 omitted from report see violation 301 . - Violation 406 amended to change the statement more understandable "The following were not marked with empty and date emptied observed in the tank storage area : 1 black 55 gallon container found outside with no empty sticker or empty date 2 black 55 gallon containers that had used parts washer fluid inside with no empty sticker or empty date . " Added "observed in the tank storage area" in the first sentence , omitted the tank storage area from the next two sentences , and changed the third sentence to say "that had used parts washer fluid . " The 2 black 55 gallon containers no longer has used parts washer fluid . - Violation 605 amended to change " no lid" to "no hazardous waste label . " Also changed " incomplete hazardous waste labeling " to "with no hazardous waste properties or state" this was changed to clearly point out what was missing from the hazardous waste label . Added 1 black 20 gallon used oil metal filters observed with no lid , no hazardous waste label , and mixed with paper used oil filters . " to the violation list. - Violation 608 omitted the following % 1 black 20 gallon used oil metal filters observed with no lid , no hazardous waste label , and mixed with paper used oil filters .
