As per your telephone request of this morning's
conference call , please copy what you require from this report, and
return the original document after your review.
To confirm our telephone conversation, it is my understanding that
after you have reviewed all site investigation documents , you will
be able to advise Kennedy/Jenks and I of what further steps will
be required of us (if any) . At that time, you can provide me with
a letter of what your anticipated costs will be and I will also be
able to obtain a similar letter from Kennedy/Jenks. With those
document, I will then be able to make application to the court for
approval to expend estate funds to cover the costs associated with
any further remediation which may be required.
I appreciated the opportunity of speaking with you this morning,
and will be looking forward to hearing from you by November 13,
1992.
Very truly
CATHERINE WHITWORTH
Trustee in Bankruptcy
Enclosure: Preliminary Site Investigation Report
