GES_ t <br /> • GENESIS ENGINEERING&REDEVELOPMENT <br /> 4.0 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM <br /> Field quality control will be provided through strict adherence to sampling protocol and <br /> decontamination procedures. Control parameters of the field procedures consist of the same <br /> controls that govern analytical data. These parameters are controlled through the assessment <br /> of data by precision, accuracy, representativeness, and completeness. Control parameters <br /> consist of the following: <br /> • Decontamination of field equipment <br /> • Strict adherence to sampling protocol <br /> Specific corrective actions for field measurements will be documented in the field notes and <br /> reported to the Project Manager. <br /> 5.0 RECORD KEEPING <br /> All pertinent Project information shall be recorded in a hardbound field logbook with pre- <br /> numbered pages. Field logbooks will be used to record all data collection activities <br /> performed onsite. Each logbook will be identified by a project-specific number. The cover <br /> of each logbook will contain the following information: <br /> • Project Number <br /> • Project Name <br /> • Book Number <br /> • Start Date <br /> • End Date <br /> At the beginning of each day,the start time,weather, field personnel present, level of <br /> personnel protection, and name of the person making the entry will be recorded. All <br /> information pertinent to the sampling event will be recorded. Entries into the field logbook <br /> will include the minimum, as appropriate to the activity: <br /> • Description of the sampling location <br /> • Name(s) and title(s) of the field crew <br /> • Name(s) and title(s) of site visitors <br /> • Type of media being sampled or measured <br /> • Sample/groundwater depth <br /> • Sample collection or measurement method <br /> • William DePaoli Property 10 of 11 <br /> Sampling and Analysis Plan <br /> February 2012 <br />
