As a result, vehicular traffic will be a <br /> potential hazard during these activities and control of these areas will be established using <br /> • barricades or traffic cones. Additional staff will be assigned for the sole purpose of coordinating <br /> traffic. Personnel will also be required to wear high-visibility traffic vests while working in the <br /> vicinity of the public roadways and local requirements for lane closure will be observed as <br /> needed. All work in public rights-of-way will be coordinated with local Public Works <br /> Departments, or similar entities, and will adhere to their requirements for working in traffic <br /> zones. <br /> 3.3.9 Electric Shock <br /> All electrical equipment to be used during field activities will be suitably grounded and <br /> insulated. Ground fault circuit interrupters will be utilized with all heavy electrical equipment to <br /> reduce the potential for electrical shock. <br /> 3.3.10 Hazardous Weather Conditions <br /> All Site workers will be made aware of hazardous weather conditions, specifically including <br /> extreme heat, and WILL BE ASKED to take the precautions described herein to avoid adverse <br /> health risks. All workers are encouraged to take reasonable, common sense precautions to avoid <br /> potential injury associated with possible rain or high wind.
