The plan is a proposal for mitigation of haz4Lrdous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the underground' storage tanks (UST) <br /> I formerly located on the property. <br /> ,G <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Servicesh, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local, !
