Box 388 • Stockton, CA�95ZOl-038$ <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> j` <br /> I PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br />+ SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1250 N WILSON WAY, in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services', Environmental Health <br /> Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of haz4Lrdous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the underground' storage tanks (UST) <br /> I formerly located on the property. <br /> ,G <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Servicesh, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local, !
