This letter is to serve as a <br /> confirmation of the August 11, 1993 phone conversation between Peter I5'Amico and Michael Collins which <br /> concluded that this workplan was approved. <br /> Three San Joaquin County well permit applications have been enclosed 'with this letter. <br /> The City of Stockton (COS) should be contacted at (209) 944-8366 to, obtain encroachment permits for <br /> Harding Way and Wilson Way through their Public Works Department., <br /> A $267 check should be mailed with three San Joaquin County well permit applications. This includes $89 <br /> for each monitoring well proposed (1 on-site and 2 off-site).
