If possible, provide me a list ofthe RTO's too. These are <br /> folks/entities that have a financial interest in the site and the notification by the <br /> RP is a H&S Code requirement (LAW) before any corrective action can be <br /> approved. The RTOs must also be notified beforel�a site receives closure and the <br /> RP must advise us, the lead agency, that they have done that. <br /> W/o documentation that the RTOs (if any) have been notified, the site can not <br /> receive the final closure letter and status on the LUST list stays as open.
